Returns
Our return policy is effective up to 30 days after purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If for any reason you're unhappy with a product, we’d love your feedback…please send us an email to glow@krowa.com
Refunds will be processed automatically to the credit card or original method of payment, and should arrive within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is delayed, please contact your credit card company. On occasion, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Still nothing? Please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sorry! We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
Shipping
To return your product, please request a return label from us. We’ll cover the expense.
