I waited to share a review here because I was skeptical. I had been using a powdered collagen for several years, which was quite difficult to do since I'm not a coffee drinker. I came across this product and was a bit hesitant, but after doing some research into the benefits of cartilage, I figured - why not? there wasn't too much risk. I can honestly say that after 3 months of consistent use, my nails grow stronger and faster. My hair doesn't fall out as much. I feel satiated, both inside and out. It makes my routine easier! I take the supplements at lunchtime with some food and forget all about it. So happy with it.!

I can't speak highly enough about this product. I've been waiting years for an animal based, fat-nourishing, lovely smelling beauty product.... And now, here it is!
